Mew waiting . . .
BigEd has gone upstate with friends for the weekend. They left yesterday and Mew was in the back bedroom asleep when the luggage left the house. She was unsettled by its appearance when he pulled it out of the closet. She knows when those close-able, fancy boxes get filled with stuff that they mean change is coming.
She misses BigEd and has been just inside of the front door Saturday, curled up and waiting for him to come back.
It's not only dogs who are faithful . . .

Aaawww she is so cute. She needs a hug from Biged as soon as he walks in the door. "It's okay little kitty."
What a sweet kittie. How loyal and brave she is - waiting outside the door for her person's return. He'd better hug her; she could shred his jeans and poink his legs as he walks in the house.....
Actually, she played it rather cool until abut 11 p.m. when he told her it was time to use the sandbox. She bolted for it, so glad to have the old routine back. When he says that, she uses the box and he then changes it. So it stays clean for the night. They came to this arrangement long ago.
Don't they have a dining arrangement as well? She really REALLY loves him.
We kissed and made up. She is glad to be back to normal.
01DocNo dining arrangement exists between BigEd and Mew.
J or I brush and feed her in the morning. She snacks, off and on, all day and we toss out any remainders at night to rinse out her bowls.
Awww little kitty now has happy ending.
