More tile than a bathroom . . .

Our Comcast digital signal didn't like the freezing weather either. I couldn't sleep Wednesday night and got up to watch television. The picture was tiling so badly that I finally called and made an appointment for a tech to come see it/ fix it, in the afternoon.

Nearly 3 a.m., when I went to sleep, it was still acting up. When I woke up, it was fine so I canceled the visit from the tech. As the afternoon chilled, occasional tiling flirted with the picture again. The sound tended to come and go, briefly.

Today it is warmer and the pix and sound are fine again. Like ourselves, Comcast is a hothouse flower . . .

Ohhh, maybe a loose wire that shrinks away from the neighbor when chilled and expands back in contact when it's warm?

Our work internet is same company and when it rains, we tend to lose our service. The company says they'd have to be on-site to find out why this happens.

I feel like saying, bring a hose, we'll let you at least narrow down which area to dig up next time it rains.

Members use Comcast as their personal carrier and report they have no problems at home during the rain.

We have ATT for DSL, land line, and wireless. No probs for ages.

ATT's U-verse is slowly leaning toward our area. When it arrives, adios Comcast in a semi-tropic minute. That is somewhat slower than a NY minute but still fast for down here.

Yes, our cable reacted with the same response as yours did. "Toooo ccooolllddd to capture the picture!!!!" Yea, right, their commercials aren't so truthful. Rain and wind are problems. LOL. This also means overtime for the employees.
