Gallivanting. Traipsing around. Roving, roaming, visiting. Call it what you wish, we've been doing it. J's mother asked us to transport her back home to the upper end of the state, more or less. It was short notice and, as our transporter is currently out of service, we drove her (and her little dog, too) home. 01 Doc and Sarah are just a hop and a jump across the state's upper end and just happen to reside near I-75 and I-10. A junction, if you will. We had to be back to keep appointments, next week, so it had to be brief visits, all round.
As 01 doc stated, it had been too long since we had seen them. So J and I took a look at each other and said sure! 01 Doc, Sarah, and I crack each other up. I laughed 'till it hurt, in a good way. It was a very therapeutic visit.
They (those ubiquitous old wives and their tales) say that whatever you do on New Years Day, you are fated to do all year. If that proves true, we'll be busy . . .

Aunt Doc01 and Uncle T. have a way of making all their guests feel welcomed. We were so happy to hear everyone got to see each other.
We were also happy for the visit and enjoyed seeing Ranger and J. so much. Wish we lived closer than we do and could meet in the street, as we used to do.
We were so tickled with Sarah's boys. They were so well behaved and yet authentically happy youngsters. Tomorrow is M's birthday. He and N will be surprised, won't they? More for pockets!
Personally, I wish Mew could have smelled my hands after we petted 'Vannah.
We can send you an envelope of dust from 'Vannah's coat. That might intrigue Mew. Or make her go into hiding.
