Can anyone identify the stuff falling from the sky in this picture? Free water, perhaps, with blurred droplets running down the glass. Someone, somewhere, must be doing a rain dance.

As far as I am concerned, there are ghosts doing a rain dance in the reflection. They're probably Seminole Indian braves helping us out, but pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
