Seek and ye shall find ...

While I am having the Kenalog and Avastin eye treatments, I can't get water in my eyes. This stipulation will be in effect until two weeks after the current series of treatments ends.

I am getting spoiled by having someone else massage my head while I relax in the recliner, then wrap my hair in a towel, and escort me along to the other, upright chair for finishing. Every week. Oh, yes. The only way it might be better is if they would do this at a Starbucks.

Someone suggested that swim goggles, to protect just the eyes, might work. I am being careful to avoid visiting any vendor who carries swimming equipment.

I might find a pair.

Have you seen the commercial where the cat is massaging the left shoulder of Mom while she is watching TV? The daughter is moving the trash to the curb, Dad is cooking dinner, and the son is organizing a room? I don't remember what the product was; just the idea behind the commercial. Arrangements can be made for a Starbucks delivery and visit for Thursday if the driver knew what Mom’s order was?

Comments from patients who have had the same medication and treatment are very positive. Does your physician know that you are considering a pair of goggles for your snorkeling trips in the shower?

All work and no play makes me a dull boy.

I love that commercial. Uncle T. and I smile whenever it comes on - - "A little lower, a little lower, THERE!" I too forget what the product is. Sometimes a commercial maker can outsmart themselves being so cute, huh?

If the shampoo specialist were to grow tired of providing such outstanding service, prepaid visits to a Spa would do nearly as well, eh?

The nurse who explained about keeping the eyes dry suggested trying the goggles. But, how could you shampoo under the strap? And mine always leaked, anyway, when I was younger.

Besides, I am only into massage from the ears up. Dabbing Olay on my face is my version of a spa treatment.

I'm not familiar with spa's. To me they have a bad reputation. I have never been to one.
