It's only a game ...

Another news flash for the alumni. SWHS beat Varela making their record is 6 wins and two losses. If SW beats Holmes Braddock next weekend, they will win their division. I asked J about when SWHS plays Gables. He says that Gables and SW are not in the same division. Also, Gables has only lost once. Gables is looming in the future.

Hel-lo. Time for a prayerful silence?

( ------------------------------------------------------------) is that a respectable amount of silence? Gables is to SWHS as Nease is to Columbia HS. current U of F quarterback Tim Tebow played there. He was in town a couple of weekends ago when Nease played the Tigers. Nease won.

That amount of silence seems about right. Effectiveness is another subject.

But, we do like to watch Tebow play. I told J that it will be fun to keep up with his professional career. Wouldn't it be even more fun if he were close to the Fish?

Any help ... appreciated ... passes like Marino ... throw money at him: all these thoughts stream through the (un)conscious mind. Sort of like BitTorrent downloading.

Doesn't SW know its place down here? What is this business with winning? It will soon pass for it is only one season and things should go back to normal after this season is over. Now, who is the one that told them they are allowed to win.

....maybe they've been watching U of F? They're such newbies but with that outstanding QB, they just keep charging. If they'd had another quarter, they probably would've won over GA... And I think GA should have been penalized the points for all those players rushing on the field! I mean how RUDE!
